Make art. Sell art.
No apologies.
The only mentorship that builds your art, your business, and your mindset at the same time. Because one without the others is why you're stuck.
Six months. A cohort capped at eight artists. A private, all-inclusive retreat in Austin that no one outside this room can buy their way into. Time with Jodie one on one. You leave with honest work you're proud of, a business that actually sells it, and none of the beliefs that have been riding the brake.
By popular demand,
we're opening a second cohort.
The first eight seats are gone. Rather than squeeze more people into a room that was built for eight, we're running a second Studio Elite cohort this September. Its own group. Its own calls. Its own retreat.
Same six months, same curriculum, same everything included. You'll simply be building alongside a different eight artists, which is exactly how it should be. Small enough that nobody gets lost, and nobody gets less of Jodie.
Because the room is that small, we're back to filling it by application. Tell us where you are with your work, and Jodie will read it herself.
Three seats are left, and applications close on the 21st.
You're doing everything right.
So why isn't it working?
You've taken the courses. You post. You've read the pricing advice. You may even have a following. And still, the career you can see so clearly in your head is not the one you're living.
- Your work is good, maybe really good, and it's still not selling the way it should.
- You've tried the marketing tactics and they feel like a costume that doesn't fit.
- You undercharge, then resent it, then apologize for the price anyway.
- Some part of you flinches every time success gets close. You've felt it. You just haven't named it.
"Most artists spend years with one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake, wondering why the business isn't moving. Tactics don't fix that. Excavation does."
Jodie KingThree things build an art career.
You need all of them.
Every stuck artist is strong in one or two of these and starving in the rest. Studio Elite is the only program that develops all three together, because you cannot teach one without the others.
Art
The work itselfCollectors don't buy technically correct paintings. They buy meaning, energy, and story. Through Honest Art, Jodie's trademarked creative methodology, you'll make the strongest, most unmistakably-you work of your life. Work no one else could have made.
Business
The systems that sell itPricing with a spine. A collector list you own. A sales rhythm that doesn't depend on the algorithm's mood. Plus personalized AI integration that takes the admin off your plate, so you spend your hours in the studio, not the inbox.
Mindset
The beliefs that sustain bothNot affirmations. Excavation. Letters to money, cognitive dissonance work, and energy tools built specifically for the psychology of the working artist: the fear of being seen, the inherited starving artist script, and the hidden cost you've attached to success.
Strengthening one while ignoring the others is the most common reason talented artists never build the career they deserve. We build all three. With you. For six months.
Here's how we build it
A cohort of eight. Live mentorship with Jodie throughout. A clear arc from excavation to a working, selling art practice, with days together in person along the way.
Excavate
We start where every other program is afraid to: the beliefs riding your brake and the honesty missing from your work. You'll do the mindset excavation work, and you'll begin making work through the Honest Art methodology. This is where the shift happens. Everything after it moves faster because of it.
Build
Pricing you can say out loud without flinching. A collector list and email rhythm you own. Your story and voice, articulated so a stranger can feel it. And your personal AI context, built from the inside out, so every email, caption, and proposal sounds like you and takes a fraction of the time.
Sell
Collector outreach, shows, and a real sales rhythm, done live with coaching in your corner. You're not graduating with a binder of notes. You're graduating mid-momentum, with sales conversations happening and a system that keeps them happening.
Everything included in Studio Elite
A retreat you cannot buy
your way into.
Not a workshop with strangers. Not a ticket anyone can purchase. This one is closed to everyone but your cohort, and it's the part graduates talk about years later.
You arrive and everything is handled. Your room, your meals, your art experiences, and your coaching, all of it taken care of so the only thing you have to bring is your willingness to go there. The days are built for the kind of breakthroughs that don't happen over Zoom.
Members of Jodie's team join the sessions too, bringing their eyes to the parts of your business you've been circling for years. Having that much expertise in one room, all of it pointed at your work, is not something you could easily arrange on your own.
- Private to your cohort, closed to the public
- Your accommodations, included
- All meals, included
- Curated art experiences, included
- Deep coaching sessions with Jodie
- Sessions with members of Jodie's team
Austin, Texas. Mid to late January 2027, exact dates announced as soon as they're locked. All-inclusive once you arrive. The only thing you cover is your travel to get there.
Studio Elite is not for everyone.
That's the point.
Eight seats means every seat matters, and three of them are left. Read both columns honestly before you apply. If you land in the right one, we'd love to hear from you.
This is your program if...
- You've been making work for years and you're done treating your art like a hobby that isn't allowed to grow up.
- You're willing to be honest, in the work and about yourself. The excavation only works if you go there.
- You can commit to six months of showing up: to calls, to the canvas, and to the business build.
- You want a real career, on your terms, and you're ready to invest in it like it's real.
This isn't your program if...
- You're looking for a magic funnel or a growth hack. There isn't one. There never was.
- You want someone to tell you your work is perfect as-is. Jodie will be kind. She will not lie to you.
- You're brand new to making art. Start with Color Course for Rebels and come back. We'll be here.
- You can't make the time. Six months of half-showing-up helps no one, especially you.
Studio Elite is not only an excellent mentoring program for building an art business, Jodie King also addresses the personal journey of becoming a professional, challenging false beliefs and limitations. Understanding how honest creative work is so intertwined with the development of business practices, one truly cannot be taught without the other. This is what makes this program invaluable.
Studio Elite graduate, end-of-program survey
Hi, I'm Jodie King.
I've been a professional, actively selling artist since 2002. Hundreds of original paintings into collectors' homes. Workshops taught around the world. And I did not go to art school.
I built my career the long way, which is exactly why Studio Elite exists. I know which parts of the path are real and which parts are noise, because I walked it while selling my own work the entire time. Most people teaching art business haven't sold a painting in years. I sold one last week.
Studio Elite is where I hand you everything: the creative methodology I trademarked, the business systems I actually use, and the mindset work that took me the longest to figure out.
You don't have to take the long way. I already did it for you.
Six months. Eight artists.
Everything I've got.
The question isn't whether you can afford this program. The question is whether you can afford to keep doing it the way you're doing it now, with one foot on the gas and one foot on the brake.
Payment plans are available, and there's a reduced option if you can't make the retreat. You'll choose what works for you once your application is accepted. Nothing is charged before then.
Apply for Studio ElitePay in full and you'll get a second private one-on-one call with Jodie on top of the first.

It takes about ten minutes. Where you are with your work, what you've tried, and what you want these six months to change. Be honest. That's the whole point.
Hear back from us
Jodie reads every application herself. If it's a fit, we send your enrollment link and your plan options, then your onboarding and retreat details. If it isn't, we'll tell you that honestly and point you somewhere better.

Terms of enrollment
Please read before you apply. Completing your enrollment means you agree to the following.
- Enrollment is by application. Studio Elite is application only. Submitting an application does not reserve or guarantee a seat, and no payment is taken at the application stage. If your application is accepted, we will send you an enrollment link. Your seat is confirmed only once your first payment is complete, and seats are filled in the order they are confirmed.
- Enrollment is final. Studio Elite is a limited-capacity cohort program. All sales are final and no refunds are issued. In rare and genuinely serious circumstances we may make an exception at our sole discretion. Requests should be sent to [email protected].
- Cohort placement. Enrollments made during this window are placed in the second September cohort, which runs as its own group with its own calls, community, and retreat. Cohort assignment is made by Jodie King Media and is not transferable between groups.
- Payment plans are a full commitment. Choosing a payment plan means you agree to complete every scheduled payment, whether or not you attend the calls or complete the material. Payments are processed automatically on the same date each month. If a payment fails, access may be paused until the account is current.
- No income or results guarantee. Studio Elite is education and mentorship. Nothing on this page or in the program is a promise, projection, or guarantee of sales, income, or any specific business outcome. Your results depend on your work, your market, and factors outside our control.
- The program is proprietary and confidential. All course materials, frameworks, recordings, templates, and coaching content are the intellectual property of Jodie King Media and are licensed to you for your personal use only. They may not be shared, resold, republished, recorded, or taught to others. What is shared by fellow members inside the cohort stays inside the cohort.
- Your seat is yours alone. Enrollment is non-transferable and cannot be resold, gifted, or shared with another person or business.
- One-on-one calls. Every member receives one private call with Jodie. Members who pay in full receive a second. Calls are scheduled during the six-month program term and must be used within it. Unused calls expire at the end of the program, have no cash value, and are not transferable.
- Retreat details. The second cohort's retreat takes place in Austin, Texas in mid to late January 2027, with exact dates confirmed after enrollment. It is included with the full program and is exclusive to enrolled members of that cohort. Accommodations, meals, art experiences, and coaching sessions are included. Travel to and from the retreat is your responsibility, as is insurance and any personal spending. Retreat attendance has no cash value, cannot be exchanged or refunded, and is not available with the no-retreat enrollment option.
- Enrollment bonus. Art Biz for Rebels 2.0 is delivered when the program launches in October. Course modules are released weekly on the standard schedule. The bonus has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, and is available only to members who enroll during the current window. The VIP coaching upgrade offered earlier in this enrollment period has closed and is not included.
- Schedule changes. Call times, retreat dates, guest sessions, and delivery formats may be adjusted where necessary. We will always give you as much notice as we can.
- Community conduct. This is a small, honest room. Behavior that harms the safety or trust of the cohort may result in removal from the program without refund.
- Questions about any of this? Email [email protected] before you enroll and we'll answer plainly.
